Margdarshak Seva Sansthan has successfully completed its 25 years of developmental interventions in Chhattisgarh.
Previously MSS has done mostly work as a Facilitating and training team at community level in six district of Chhattisgarh for underprivileged women, children and people with disabilities and Non people with disabilities.
Focus areas of future works with communities on a broad range of development & strengthening initiatives. the main focus of the program is on community mobilization and mass awareness campaign to sensitize community on disabilities., removing stigma and barriers, income generation program for their livelihood, capacities building of people with disabilities family member, organization of medical screening, health camps, certificate and support services eg; certificate, bus pass, pension and training for the school and Anganwadi teacher on inclusive education. We are also in collaboration with banks, District administration, state govt. and central govt. for reservation and rights of people with disabilities in different govt. sectors and private sectors.
We are also focus on women in future about empowering their dignity, liberty, rights, equality, No Gender discrimination, education and health. Involve them in Social activities, social action for justice against women domestics violence and women trafficking. Engage them in various income generation activities and Skills development training and leadership qualities. Also we are empowering women reservation so they become self employment, rise in income level, better standard of living, self reliant and poverty eradication in future.
In future we will cooperate with tribal society about their forest conservation, natural resources and wild food. To preserve forest products and wild food for good entrepreneurship with local poor people for their improvement of rise in income level and livelihood in well establishment in society. So as to facilitate awareness meetings about to stop cutting of forest and natural resources, Rally and street play. Also we are focus on forest rights Act, Community forest right Act, Individual forest rights Act, legal rights and PESA Act.
For children we are planning about their health, education and other skill development program and Aptitude test. Also, will organize sports event and give training them about importance of Forest and natural resource and will organize health camps. MSS Grateful to the agencies, individuals, cooperate sectors and govt. those who support for improving the quality of life of the marginalized people with whom MSS has been working for last 25 years.
